Can someone tell me how to do the "three O'clock" gap in Las Vegas i've done exactly as the gaplist says but it just wont show up!

PLEASE!!!! some1's gotta help me its my last gap in the entire game!!! I cant be the only person 2 ever have this problem! its REALLY REALLY annoying!

Once again, I don't know the exact gap but look at the name. 3O'clock - Find a clock and either do something simple to it (like wallride/lip it), maybe lip the hand set to 3 o'clock, or if the time changes do something on 3 o'clock. Other than that, Google it.

here is how to do Three O'Clock. There's a ledge that runs along the edge of the second story. Jump from this ledge onto the rail from "Rail to Ledge".
