i like sima yi's move set better than zhuge liangs. i don't really like either of their personalities. sima yi is selfish and there's just something about zhuge liang that i don't like

Zhuge Liang hands down. his moveset requires you to be skilled with him, not to mention he WAS THE #1 MILITARY TACTICIAN OF ALL TIME. at least i think so.
he was a military genius, so its sad that stress and disease killed him.

yeah, it was kinda sad that he died before sima yi. i don't really likem how he treated wei yan though. not his fault he can't speak a sentence. blame his parents

I reckon Zhugeliang is better coz just the otehr day i was fighting a 1 on 1 battle with my friend. And im not a biggener nor is he. So i picked Lu bu and he picked Zhuge liang. I thought ill win but every time i try hiting, My friend uses the jump and the mage button which sends a flying magik attack down. Due to thsi hapening i lost without taking half of his life.

My favourite warrior is [u][/u] prbely Sun ce, gan ning, And zhou yun.

Zhuge Liang is the greatest tactician in the three kingdoms, he even comments in Sun Tzu's art of war (awesome book if you like dynasty, read it and youll recognize a few names...)
he is a better fighter too and it was actually he who invented the juggernaut not his wife as well as the arbalest, he kicks sima's ass!

and i agree about his jump attack its so damn powerful!

I'm a bit of a noob, sorry, and I havn't played that guy....But I did fairly well with Sima Yi ^_^;; To be honest, I prefer to fight with female characters....mostly for looks, but also, because they tend to be faster and quicker to attack...I really need to learn more about Dynasty warriors, the characters, and everything....-_-

BTW: This is my first Dynasty Warriors game....I was considering getting a PS2 one, but other games I'm more into were my first priority ^_^;; But I DO like obliterating Cannon Fodder, and feel a sense of accomplishment when I beat an important character (the ones that give you a pop up message)

Zhuge Liang all the way! look what he does, starts Shu as nothing and bring them to an established force and a big threat to the land! his strategies where amazing, clearly done more than Sima Yi even when he lost his lord, his right hand as he put it (Zhao Yun) and was stuck with the useless Liu Chan!

He is that good even Jiang Wei could not live up to his expectations, because Zhuge was that dam good!

Sima Yi is easier to play for mass-kill.

Zhuge Liang is easier to play for duels.

Who cares if he invented a weapon? Sima Yi laid the foundations for an entire dynasty.

Let me summarise Sima Yi: Some silly man who doesnt even deserve to call himself a strategist. He only hates zhuge liang because he is jealous and always makes up excuses when he gets his butt kicked around. Zhuge Liang is better than him in everyway!!! Zhuge Liang RULES!!!!!!!!
