I heard about there being a sequel to this game long long ago from my friend and now it's starting to become more abundant in proof.

Sounds sweet to me and whats great is we can look forward to a hurricane pack just like NG1, oh man the power of xbox 360 and team ninja's work will look so awesome.

Whatever that means. I am hangin to know what this really is. A sequal? or maybe a new version package including the original ninja gaiden with HP1 and HP2 included.mmm

I'm not convinced yet that a Ninja Gaiden sequel will be ready by this fall.
I seen that clip myself, but the EBgames profile is taken from XBOX, not XBOX 360, and it is known that Mr. Itagaki has talked about releasing a 'Gold' version of Ninja Gaiden which includes content including the downloadable Hurricane packs. I'm more apt to believe that the title is along these lines if anything.
I have read plans of Team Ninja planning to make a sequel for Ninja Gaiden on the XBOX 360, and I have no doubts about that, but with Team Ninja reported putting over 90% of their effort into DOA 4 right now, I'm more apt to believe that will be their XBOX 360 launch title until proven otherwise. This game, if it was a sequel would more likely be under release for the xbox given the date. It's better to wait until E3 and see what's planned before getting excited about speculation with no base.

I want xbox 360 sooooo bad now that I knoow that Ninja Gaiden 2 is gonna be on it!

might not be a releasing title for the xbox 360 thats what DOA 4 is for as for NG it'll most likely hit on the xbox some time after DOA4 probably a month or so later, it's in the works and seeing how the time for xbox 360 is drawing nigh one can already know that there will be continus plans for NG on the new system and it's available power.

Team Ninja has always pulled a 100% in effort on detail and gameplay so why use old tech when you can use the new and improved beef around the corner?.

considering the existing power of the current xbox, and the quality of Ninja Gaidens graphics and gameplay. The next version of the xbox Will no doubt be something very special indeed. Personally though i would like to see the "black" Title to be the re-introduced original title
with the two packs included. I can wait for the next installment if its gonna be on the next xbox.

I'm trusting were going to be looking at yet another controller tossing cursing fest which NGB, I'd also like to see some xboxlive features such as online play instead of just a leader board for the ninja gaiden tournament.

well I have a questionable.....point here and that is Itagaki-san favors power correct?, well obviously we all should know that the PS3 will whoop the xbox360 in performance (this isn't coming from a fan it's just early knowledge) and we all know that team ninja favors power so would this mean a likely title from them on the PS3 or perhaps the Revolution?, my roommate mentioned this to me and he's been a huge power monger fan of team ninja and such so he know's his stuff.

but in anycase thats not till 2006 and im sure NGB will be out in the duration of the xbox360 and DOA4 is the release title from team ninja for the 360 so we can expect good things from to get a clearer idea of how NGB will run.

NG on the xbox was simply amazing and would make one almost cream themself if they were new to gaming and with the new power to come one can only imagine how great NGB will look, if you've seen pics of DOA4 then you'll know exactly what im talking about.

I have heard that the ps3 is gonna be pretty powerful, and with all its software developer support its a sure fire winner. I guess if Team ninja decide to go multi platform with the next installment that would be all good. To me Ninja Gaiden would be best if every platform could enjoy its fantastic gameplay. Although its up to the developer to achieve quality. But i have lots of faith in team ninja to bring out the best of the hardware. But please Team Ninja NO ps3 exclusive ninja gaiden titles

I'm sure we'll see our fare share of games from team ninja on the 360 and well we've got a ways to go till then however with the release of the xbox360 due on around christmas time that won't leave much time till the PS3 will be out but even still it will be some time so in that time frame im sure will most likely see something good from them and im hopping it will be NGB and if Itagaki-san does goto the PS3 at least have the common courtsey to also release it on the 360 since their contract is signed with them still.

wow so Ninja Gaiden "Black" is more of a expansion pack than a full new game, basically a booster disc that gives all the hurricane pack expansions for the folks whom don't have xboxlive and it will be released on the xbox and as far as the official sequal goes thats still under wraps.
