In this forum, everyone will be allowed their own thread with which to post your goals and achievements. You can post level-up screenshots, monster drops from Slayer assignments, write blogs of your journey towards completing a goal and whatever else you feel fits into a character log. You're free to name your thread however you like, provided it doesn't contain offensive words or many random characters (e.g. "*************** MY THREAD ***************"). You can put your latest goal in your threads header just as you would name a goal thread.

As for the first post, again it's up to you what it contains. You can have a fancy layout for your goals and achievements, or a simple list and description of what you plan to do over the next few months. Add banners, an index or (readable) colours as you so wish. We do advise you to make your first post attractive though, otherwise it won't be interesting for other members reading through it and they might click away. =(

If you'd like a caption added to your thread, or banner to your threads header, feel free to PM a moderator or post in the Moderators Corner in the main forum.

When your thread reaches 30 pages, it shall be closed the same as any other thread around NeoRS. You can make a new thread as soon as your old one reaches 30 pages, and a moderator will close your old thread as soon as they find it.

Following the closure of the Goals and Achievements thread, you should post any level-up images in your own thread, and while you won't be as restricted as in G&A, we do request that you stick to the limits outlined below. This is to ensure that you're allowed to post your important levels while leaving out those that aren't as significant or interesting.


• Level 30 in any skill is the minimum level.
  
• Levels that grant new significant abilities are allowed.
  
• Levels above 80 are allowed for any skill.
  
• Any level that is a multiple of 5 (60, 65, 70, 75) is allowed.

One Thread Per Person

I may not have been clear enough in the first post, but after going through and preparing to update the thread index, I noticed that a lot of people have made two or even three threads for their account, either forgetting about their previous threads or just letting them float to the back pages of the forum. I'd like to remind everyone that you are allowed one open thread per Neo account. Not one per RS account, not one per goal. One thread for all your RS characters, that includes any combined threads.

If you want to make a new thread; think about it first. Do you really need a new thread? Can you not just edit the first post of your existing thread and continue using that? In most cases the answer should be yes, so carry on using that. But if you desperately do need a new thread, PM a moderator about it first. We will either close or delete your previous thread depending on content and length, and you can then make a new thread.

If you want to make a combined thread with another user, seriously think about it first. You can still compete with another member while having separate threads, and post in each others' thread with 'competitive talk'. If you are sure, however, that you want a combined thread, PM a moderator and we will close your existing threads so you can come back to them in future.
