It comes up with the feature transfer error, Not enough Hard disk space to install - when i have over 30gig free!!! has anyone else encounterd this issue and or a way to fix it? I might try safe mode...

Okay I figured out the problem.
You cannot install the game on a hard drive formatted in fat32. The hard drive you are installing the game on has to be formatted in NTFS.
What pisses me off is they should put that on the box under system requirements! All they have listed is that the game requires 8gb, not that you have to have your drive formatted with a particular file allocation table.

Condemned: Criminal Origins WILL NOT install on a system using the FAT32 file format. u need to reformat using the NTFS file system format for better results. i had problems installing and i had a FAT32...it installed on both my g/f's system AND another friend's system and they BOTH had the NTFS format. i reformatted using NTFS and reinstalled EVERYTHING...Condemned FINALLY installed ALL the way. and i was even able to play it with ZERO problems. ))

i get a similar error but mine is speaking about my memory as in RAM to get this game to work at its best you need a minimum of 750MB RAM.is it true you can install it to a FAT32 and it has to be a NTFS format drive can someone clear this up once and forall cause i would have thought if that was true it would say on the box.

Confirmed. The hard drive it is being installed to MUST be formatted NTFS
