i understand all the stats i use to play eq wow ect and understand how to read stats normally but with psu there is one thing i cant figure out if anyone could tell me what this stat means id be gratfull its the little sybol under attack that so far iv seen two options the green minus sign or the blue 0 sign with a percentage next to it. if the sybol didnt change as well as the percentage i would have guessed it was the crit % but now im not so sure. if anyone can tell me id be very grateful
