Ok. Thanks to some things I've been able to recolect, I've managed to make work
the PSU Illuminus, without the internet connection.
By first, I'd like to thank Reki_III and Maxhthc, they didn't know they help me this much,
but, thanks to their actual involvement in this game, I came with a solution to the
actual problem.

Replace every "*" for a "H"

1) OK, by first, I'm gonna show you how to make a loopback adapter:

a)Go to "Control Panel"
b)Select "Add Hardware"
c)Click next
d)Wait
e)Select "Yes, I have already connected the hardware" then next
f)Go to the bottom of the list, and select "Add a new hardware device"
g)Select "Search for and install the hardware automatically" click next
h)Click Next
i)Double click "Network Adapters"
j)Select "Microsoft", then "Microsoft Loopback Adapter", click Next
k)Go back to "Control Panel"
l)Go to "Network Connections"
m)Right click "Local Connection 2" or without the 2 if it is your first network adapter.
n)Select "Properties" from the list
o)Scroll to the bottom of the list and select "Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) then click "Properties"
p)Select "Use the following IP address"
q)For IP address insert "124.78.4.91" and for the Subnet Mask, insert "255.255.255.0"
r)Click OK, then click OK

2) Now, you have to install this program, is called the "Abyss Web Server XI", here's the link:

In the "C:\Program Files\Abyss Web Server\htdocs" directory, you need to create the following folders:
first, create a folder named GameGuard, inside the GameGuard folder, create another folder called SEGA, and, in the folder called SEGA, create another called SEGAPSU.

3) Now, the following files need to be downloaded, and placed in this folder:
gamemon.npz
ggscan.npz
npgg9x.npz
npggNT.npz
npgmup.npz
nppt9x.npz
npptNT2.npz
npsc.npz
NPSCAN.npz
SEGAPSU.npz
splash.npz
update.cfg

Hey, a friend of mine, discovered a problem with the new gameguard, and he posted the solution to that problem, making the game run properly. Here it is:

WHAT I DID:
1)DELETE THE GG FOLDER IN BOTH DIRECTORIES PSU AND PSUAOI(IF YOU HAVE)
2)SEARCH FOR FILES NAMED"npptnt2.sys" AND "nppt9x.vxd" DELETE IT!
3)PUT THE *OLD* GAMEGUARD FILES INSIDE THE HTDOCS FOLDER.
4)START ABBYSS SERVER AND START THE GAME!

Does anybody have any suggestions for making this work on Windows Vista? I don't think the instructions listed work for it right now. Trying to play Phantasy Star Universe AOI offline with the abyss server.
