I was shocked to see Dynamo in X6. I havent beaten it yet, but does he die at all. If he doesnt is he in the X7 or X8 games? (i love his music though)

Nope. He just disappears and has yet to be heard from.

He should return for X9. If they make one that is.

It's always possible the Nightmares from X6 destroyed him. That is, if Capcom needs a little plot loop to explain why they haven't used Dynamo since...

They never had one for Vile, and he was gone for 4 games. I think Dynamo will just show up somewhere with no explaination.

If they have an X9 it would be cool to include both Vile AND Dynamo.

I don't seem them getting along at all. Dynamo would just spend all his time telling Vile to lighten up and live a little, and Vile would... well, waste him.

Maybe they wouldn't even work together. Remember, Dynamo is a mercenary, so he wouldn't necessarily work for Sigma like Vile does. They could be on opposite sides, if there's a third party involved besides hunters and Sigma's forces.

Dynamo will most likely never be heard from again. He didn't show up in X7 or X8 so I don't see why Capcom would have him return in X9. I also recall he was only a minor character in X6. Dynamo is long gone (from the MMX series atleast).

You'd think so, but you never know. Vile was long gone too, remember.

Vile returned because he was in X1 and X3. Both games are considered by many fans to be the best. Capcom thought they can bring back some of their old school fans by bringing Vile back to X8. Dynamo showed up in X5 and X6, which are both considered by many fans to be at the bottom. Therefore, bringing Dynamo back will be pointless because most X6 and X5 fans are waiting to play X9 already.
