my copy of the game keeps freezing up when i go to the shops or the chronicles of the sword mode. anyone know any way to fix this problem?

Have you checked to see if your game is scratched up or anything yet? That's the first thing that I would do...

I'm really sorry there wasn't anything I could do to help. Hopefully you'll find a working game for a good price, new or used. I like shopping on amazon.
