Analog or arrows? |
|
Hi,
I never had a PS until now, and Soul Calibur 3 is my first fighting game there. I just wonder if it's better to move and execute moves with the left analog stick or with the arrow symbols? I used the latter, but I think the analog stick has many advantages. E.g. it seems so much easier to execute things like "2 3 6" if you know what I mean. So what's your opinion on this, should I stop using arrows and really learn to use the analog stick? Thanks for your help in advance Kenran

i use the arrow buttons cuz it has always been easier, personally. you should stick to the arrow buttons if you ask me... i'm pretty certain the analog sticks can screw up even if you're used to it... this's sc after all. you don't only have to jump, attack, move around like basic games. there's a lot to do, especially if you're a taki user, hehe. however, the analog sticks may have its advantages if you're gonna buttonsmash, i think. could come handy if you're playing scIV online >;p

I find it easier with the D-pad, and its more comfortable since I don't have to do "thumb yoga".
ps: its quicker too. -------------------
