That's advertising. Even if it was just once and directed to Deathpickle, it is still advertising it.

It wasn't directed towards me, it was directed towards everyone in the Clan Chat, to leave Neo_Chat and join Neon_Chat... And are you contradicting what you said in the first place? Or is Neonite lying about you saying that you can't kick for advertising...

Just read what you said on the Page before, and yes, it was a clear advertisement, Saying Neon_Chat is mentioning it, saying "Join Neon_Chat" is advertising.

I'm afraid, Neonite, that you are not exempt to rules which apply to everybody in the Neo_Chat. Whilst I did not give you a warning, I did tell Qwerty to stop spamming about Neon_Chat - among a couple of others. By kicking you, I assumed that you would have had an ounce of intellegence to realise that one rule applies to everybody - just because I didn't directly warn you, I did warn others about the same thing. This does not mean that you shouldn't get hit with the same stick that most of the advertisers got.

I also want to clarrify that the only person I kicked in the Chat was Neonite (except Vodka Bull/Rngmger, which was an accident after trying to boot Qwerty for spamming initially. He knows it was an accident, and I apologised for it). Zamm also saw fit that people should be kicked for the same thing, so to me that justifies my kicking.

Also, for the last week or so, people have specifically said in the clan chat that the advertising of Neon_Chat has been an annoyance. As I understand it, Generals have to act on the behalf of the greater good - if your idiocy (not you personally) annoys people in the clan chat, then we have to act upon it. To give an example of this, upon greeting the chat as I entered, the first reply I got was "Sky, people keep advertising in here... Kick them?" (not quoted word for word, I do not have a photographic memory). This immediately says to me that the advertising was causing a nusance prior to my entering the chat.

The whole business with "Neon_Chat", in my eyes, should simply result in a ban completely from the chat. If you don't like Neo_Chat, do not enter it. Simple as. I don't know how to put it any easier. The problems in the Clan Chat do not stem from nothing - there are catalysts behind it, and they are immaturity and exaggerated egos. Again, not directly aimed at anybody in particular. If you want to join the Neon_Chat clan chat, do so. Just do not bring it into Neo_Chat and disrupt the members that do actually want to be there.

Generals are not there to moderate one person; they're there to moderate the Clan Chat as a whole. For not wanting to repeat what I've already said, read my last post again and absorb some of it.

It is not just what happened today that has brought this about, Neonite. You have spammed it in the past, as have other people. You have requested others to spam it in Neo_Chat as well (I do believe it was Deathpickle? who enquired as to whether Blader would jump off a cliff if you asked him to). You have also been warned in the past in the clan chat, as has every other member who has spammed about it or advertised it. Do not act like this is something that has happened out of the blue; the whole 'acting innocent' deal just isn't worth it, when so many of the members, and moderators here, are aware of the situation that you and various other members have caused. Taking into account that you may be intellectual and/or mature enough to realise this, you should not have to be told more than once about it.

Soul hit the nail on the head. If you want to use your clan chat, fair enough, but dont advertise it in the Neo Chat. If I see it being clearly advertised, then ill straight kick or remove your posts too. You know better.

Oh and consider yourself lucky to even be allowed in the clan chat after all this bs neon chat.

Neo isn't failing. You're just mad that you got kicked out for telling someone that they should die. Which isn't acceptable by anyone. But I'm not a general so I'll stop
