Following the recent off-topic posts and subsequent spamfest in the Screenshot Gallery, I'd like to remind everyone to keep your replies closely tied to screenshots and to avoid unrelated and prolonged discussion there. While in nearly every other thread we would promote in-depth discussions, the SSG is a special case where the emphasis is on screenshots, not so much the discussion of those screenshots. You are of course welcome to comment on screenshots and small exchanges are perfectly acceptable. But if a discussion looks to continue for many posts, it would be appreciated if you continue it elsewhere, be that in a new thread, the GD or otherwise.

Also, it goes without saying that spam is not acceptable, so please keep your posts meaningful. Tiny, meaningless or detatched posts degrade the quality of the forum, and I'd really like to clean this place up.


I have to admit, in my recent inactivity I had completely forgotten about the Skill Challenge for November. The plan was to do it three times a year (March, July, November) so there's a cool-off period for everyone who took part. Moving it to December is a possibility, but while it is a holiday period when many will have free time, it's also a time when many will have a lot of other activities more desirable than simple training in RuneScape. If everyone wants it to be ran in December though, post up here I'll be happy to oblige *nudges Unknown*.

January would be more preferable. As a ton of people are not as active in December, with holidays and breaks and whatnot.
