	In sincere honesty, it's gotten to a point where it really looks like there was a mistake when he was demoted. I can't believe I'd ever say like that either, but as each day passes the current mods make it look more believable. ------------------- Long live Sinfonia!

	I do think its gotten to the stage where things need to be re-thinked. One of the reasons behind my demotion was that the PPD did not warrant the need for three moderators. Whilst I disagree with the manner in which they chose me over the other two mods without any consultation (but lets not go there again ), its what they want. Therefore, I cannot see a third moderator position being vacated for a while, at least in a permanent basis. Someone needs to come in with a more autocratic approach and get some community-building events running. quote mkb2009 can we just get kjg again? 	it may sound cruel... demote Souljiro. promote Gribbz. you could also keep Chris as a moderator and add Gribbz to it, but they need to share the same thoughts if they want to punish (ban) people. -------------------
