1) EP is Earned Potential on PvP worlds, members get better benefits from higher EP, maybe read about it on the RuneScape game guide, because that has info on this subject that will help you. (and maybe prevent another thread... )

2) About the GE, lolwut? Let me take this quote from the RS Game guide...

...you don't need to be logged in or on the same world as the player they match you up with. You don't even have to be at the Grand Exchange or in a bank: you can go off and work on your skills, play through a quest or anything else you enjoy doing, and just wait for the message from the Grand Exchange!

Meaning, things in the GE will trade all F2P items between members and free play worlds regardless. Of course, members items are restricted to members worlds, but since it is Yew Logs, then ye.

Also, Yews sell on Members worlds more so because members fletch with them, not many f2pers firemake with Yews.
