Hey, so i've been playing Runescape on and off for quite a while and I've never had membership before.

So what i'm asking for is, what levels would you reccomend I have before becoming a member?



They're my current levels.

I have full rune just like almost every other non-member, and i've got almost 1 mil in cash.

Another couple of things i'd like to know are:
- What equipment do you recommend I get straight away?
- What's the first place you recommend I go?
- What's the first things you recommend I try out?

And any other general advice would be helpful too.

P.S, I know there's gonna be a million and one other threads asking this stuff, so sorry. >_<

It's pretty hard to tell you what to do straight away, because there's so many things you can do in members that you can't in F2P. I'd say go and play some of the minigames that are in Members: Castlewars, Mobilising Armies, Trawler, Stealing Creations (a personal favourite).

It would also be worth doing a few quests like Lost City and the quests that unlock certain skills (Herblore, Summoning). Other than that, I guess you could just open up the world map and take a walk around the member's places just to have a look.

Any ideas on equip to get right away?

You could get Granite or Rockshell armour, but they aren't much better than Rune in all honesty. You could get 60 attack and defence to wear and weild Dragon equipment, which shouldn't take too long at Rock Crabs.

Definitely get 60 attack and defence, then buy a d long and d platelegs and see if you can find someone who will lend you a d chain. Slayer's a good way of leveling up combat, as well as a way for you to see some of the different monsters in mem. Aside from that, just try out different skills, do some quests, see what you like and start setting goals off them.

Complete all the F2P quests before getting members and train range to 40.

whatever you do, DONT *bleep* it up.

learn to hunt penguins ASAP and do tears of guthix which I regretibly have not done yet myself.

Thanks, I took some advice from this and got myself a dragon plateskirt, looks a bit weird on a male, but it's a Hell of a lot cheaper than legs.

Also got a granite maul and did a few quests.

Don't worry lot's of people get plateskirt rather than legs due to the money difference

Bandos tassets are skirt-like. So I wouldn't worry too much about that.

As for what to do... Slayer. The combat stats will then follow, allong with a nice bit of cash. Also do smoking kills when you can, to unlock the slayer rewards.

Just do the Lost City quest, because it unlocks some dragon weaponry. And also do Wolf's Whistle to unlock Summoning and Druidic Ritual to unlock Herblore.

Other than that, give Castle Wars a try and walk around the world that's called Runescape.
