Welcome to part 2 of my Aviansie guide J its took a while but its finally done
This one is on the tanking side, I have covered prayer on the other one To make money from this you will be collecting Adamant bars and High alchemising rune daggers and limbs. So you will be tanking, that means taking hits and not dying This is the set up I use, You can change it to fit your needs ![]() DON'T FORGET THE MITHRIL GRAPPLE! Amulet it a armadyl pendant. You will survive by using bones to peaches tabs, they take up less space then the runes meaning more peaches meaning more time spent there meaning more cash ![]() Red line is the trolhiem teleport and blue is walking from warriors guild, you will need climbing boots to use the blue path Range pray to pass the thrower trolls, go past the boulder/agility shortcut and then put on protect melee to stop the wolves hitting you. Go down the godwars hole with the sara item zammy item and the Armadyl item equipped and run south to the Armadyl area, equip your hook and swing over To successfully pull this off you will have to camp there. If your really planning on doing this take around 5k bolts and 500 bones to peaches, you will last up to 3 days with that. Around 10k bars, which is around 22m on today's market. What you will be doing. ![]() Where you should kill them. Over the grapple point is best as you no longer need to wear the Saradomin book for protection ![]() Make sure you put your shield back on to maximize range def Stay in the RED area as it has more Aviansie then spiritual monsters. With 2k mith bolts and 100 bones to peaches you will last AGES Added for zappppperrr Basic invo for people who can use bunyipsQ&A: Q: zomg wheres the teleport? A: I use duel ring, because its alot better; if you accidently click your tab your done Q: How do I make cash with this? A: Adamanite bars + alching the rune drops Q: Anything else? A: Clue scrolls, teeth half keys blood runes Q: will you go with me I don't Know what to do :S A: Just ask me In game or via pm Q: *bleep* you this is shit for cash A: GTFO ive made 15m doing this in just a few hours a day, if you dont like it sod off. Q: is this decent exp? A: In 1 hour there I got around 65k range exp and 30k hp Q: Say mith are quite expensive old chap. A: After realising that my self i looked for a substitute, I have found out that BROARD BOLTS yes the slayer ones are as strong as Addy bolts and are only 68gp ea If there is anything you would like to add to this guide please tell me so I can add it J This message was edited by The Knowledge on Jul 13 2008.

Its a good guide, but i think that you could add a lower lvl invent and what to wear as the lower lvls may try this to actually start making their first bit of cash. Also it would be a good idea if you added Average bars per run/hour.
You could also add a summoning section - Eg - Bunyips for constant healing or a bull ant/terror bird/war torty for storing a little extra food. Overall a good guide :] Just needs tweeking ^____^ Also while this thread is on 1st page (FINALLY) Ive updated My TT Guide (FINALLY) If you feel unsure about a certain runescape topic PM Me and i shall gladly write a guide for you, although you may not think it it will not only help you but help others who may be having per-say that problem too =] I am always happy to write a guide so dont be afraid to ask me - I do enjoy them xD

BARBARIAN ASSAULT The Ultimate Team Game INTRODUCTION Deep beneath the Barbarian Outpost strange creatures are spawning into an horrific tide of weird bodies. The barbarians believe that the gods have placed them there as punishment for the sins of the people of RuneScape. Do you dare face the Penance? LOCATION ![]() Barbarian Assault can be found in the Barbarian Outpost north-east of the Tree Gnome Stronghold. If you have an Agility level of 37 or higher you will be able to use the shortcut in the north-east corner of the Stronghold, otherwise you will have to arrive there from the south, via Baxtorian Falls. REQUIEREMENTS There are no mandatory requirements to play Barbarian Assault, as long as you watch the tutorial, you can go at Level 3 or 138. Still, since you will be facing pretty menacing creatures capable of poisoning, with a fairly constant hit rate, on a MULTI COMBAT AREA, High HP and a High Defence Armour are a must if you want to survive even Wave 1 of this game. Do not worry though, for Barbarian Assault is a SAFE mini-game and your death will not result in the loss of any items. Speaking of items, the following are not allowed inside the caves:
If it is your first time on the Barbarian Assault premises it is advised that you depart sooner and talk to Captain Cain for a mandatory, tutorial introduction to the game. (It is a long tutorial that you can just skim through if you read the guide presented here.) The first thing to know is that Barbarian Assault is a team game: if you cannot play as a team, you will not get far. Each team is composed of five members who will work together to defeat each wave of the Penance. Each player will take one of four roles, with the fifth player choosing to 'double-up' on one role. The available roles are:
When you enter the game you will all be given a horn to call out instructions to other members of your team. If you don't communicate you will affect the performance of your team mates so it is essential to keep a sharp eye on the TOP RIGHT CORNER of the screen and watch/call for the constant changes. (People don't like slow callers; they slow the whole game down) ![]() The attacker informs the collector about the colour of egg to, well, collect. And the collector informs the attacker of which combat style/spell/arrow type to use. The healer informs the defender about the type of food to bait Penance Runners with, while the defender instructs the healer on which poison to use on the Penance Healers. -- ROLE GUIDES -- THE GAME CAVE ![]() The small "mountains" on each side of the traps are where the launchers are located. These places can also be used as "safe-spots" not to attack but to wait for an healer if you are low on health. The high "mountain" on the south-east is the location of the Horn of Glory; this can be used as a "global" horn to shout out commands to all players. The Horn of Glory becomes pretty much useless if all players keep a constant attention on the interface and make the correct calls. Dispensers and the Healing Pool are located directly west of the Horn of Glory. WAVE 10 -- THE PENANCE QUEEN There are nine 'normal' waves to defeat, but the tenth and final wave could not be called ordinary by any stretch of the imagination. It is during the tenth wave that your team will encounter the mighty and terrifying Penance Queen. Initially the attack will be the same. Your team must defeat the usual combination of runners, fighters, rangers and healers. But after a few minutes the Penance Queen will emerge from the wooden platform in the middle of the cavern. She will appear regardless the other Penance monsters are dead or alive and cannot be killed until all the HEALERS, RANGERS, FIGHTERS and RUNNERS are DEAD! To kill the Queen the team must construct omega eggs! Here's how to make OMEGA EGGS: ![]() Once the collector has the omega egg it can be loaded into the egg launcher and fired to harm the Queen. Of course, nothing is quite so simple: the Penance Queen will shoot attacks ranging the whole cave! Players will be under constant hits and it is at this point when all the action really centers around the Healing Pool. She will also spawn little Penance Spawns that don't need to be killed. Hint: If you're finding it difficult to remember the order in which to pass the egg around, simply remember the mnemonic Jagex has provided: CHAD (Collector, Healer, Attacker and Defender) and back to Collector. If you don't remember CHAD, just examine the eggs in your inventory to know what to do! PRO-TIPS --> On Waves 1 to 6 the team should be composed by:
Waves 7 to 10 get a bit chaotic and 2 Healers are a must! One for killing the Penance Healers and another one for healing the team mates. For an easier job the Healers should have a high Healing Lvl, (obtained from trading Honour Points), +3 should be enough. --> There's a Barbarian Assault myth that says shooting the cannon (egg launcher) causes point deductions. This is FALSE, and for maximization of the final score the Collector should use Red Eggs to kill the Penance Runners. Two RED Eggs are enough to kill a Runner and that will help the Defender's job. --> Healers should keep the teams HP's high at all times for extra points and to prevent any unexpected situations. A game ends if any player leaves the room or dies. --> Call at all times and be polite to other team members. Don't forget to congratulate people on a job well done! You will encounter some very good Barbarian Assault players that will make your gaming experience much more pleasant. --> During the 10th Wave Attackers, Healer and Defenders should be as swift as possible! The Queen will arrive after a few minutes and she cannot be killed until all the other Penance are dead! All players should remain close to the Healing Pool, the Queen will hit constantly and the Healers don't need to run around the caves just to take care of everyone! Final Saying Vital info and Map Pictures are from Jagex.com at the Manual Section, sub-section Mini-Games, Barbarian Assault. For extra clarification you can consult Barbarian Assault, a Tip.It Guide. More Pro-Tips, a Penalty Section and a Reward/Role Evolving Section are to be added in a near future...
