#1 you can't hurt your own allies even if you try to swing at them. It goes through their bodies and they take no damage.

#2 allied archers rain a volley of arrows on clashing forces and it only hurts your enemies. That takes skill...

#3 allied explosive things like mortars and fireballs hit you and knock your guys over, but they take no damage.

#4 ogres, like Urukubar, have the ability to scream so loud that all of your enemies drop to the ground dead. Your allies, however, are immune, unless an enemy ogre does it.

#5 evil liches don't seem to mind dying for their cause. Some even die for the kaedies, a dark elf pride group against vampires.

#6 archers never seem to run out of arrows. Same is true for any other ammunition in the game. Also, it costs them lots of SP to fire their arrows straight! That should be the only thing they do. Wouldn't seeing where you're shooting reduce friendly fire?

#7 Why doesn't the library in Kendal's or Reignier's campaign have a fraction of the information about the First war of heroes or the Second war of heroes? Nothing about Rick Blood, Moonlight, Kiliani, Celine, Azilla, King Curian, etc. All it has is information that you should already know.

#8 at the end of Morene's campaign, she doesn't seem to care that the world is about to end; she just wants to go back south and put down the kaedies. Lucretia and Morene fight, but decide to let each other live? wtf!

#9 Kendal can kill enemies by walking near them. Also, you can't hurt enemies lying on the ground in Heroes, like you could in Crusaders.

#10 enemies can cast spells and use abilities even if they don't have an officer leading them!

#11 air units take triple damage from all magical abilities. Fortunately for them, it's impossible to hit an air unit with any magical ability.

A lot of things are unrealistic about a lot of games, it's to be expected...(Sorry about not really doing what you asked and pointing out something unrealistic but I don't really see the point)
