	At the white screen that says, 'Nintendo' and 'blah blah blah ths game is licensed to Nintendo' etc at the start, press all buttons - A, B, X, Y, L and R. Put your right thumb in the middle of A, B, X and Y, and a finger on R, and a finger from your left hand on L.
