Be more specific. Does the disk load at all? What kind of error message do you get (if any)? -------------------

Does the error say one of the files cannot be read? If so, your disk may be corrupted. If that's the case, you should contact EA and have them send you a replacement. I'm not sure how much they will charge you for that, maybe it will turn out to be cheaper to buy one on your own. -------------------
