I want to get 100 wins in Battle tower, but so far have only got 28 with these pokes

I would replace leaf blade, with stone edge, And I think you need a Wall/Tank... Blissey maybe, Wobbufett?

Do you think ice beam would be better then fire blast on blissey? If i use it, what should i remove???

Don't use Walls in the Battle tower.

Unless you use a Double Team abusive blissey that is Eved in Special Attack.

This should be able to take out a lot in the Battle Tower.

4 HP/252 Sp.Atk/252 Spd
Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam/Grass Knot
Psychic/HP Fire

Follow up with something like a Garchomp @ Choice Scarf w/ Outrage, Earthquake, Stone Edge and Crunch/Fire Blast and you shouldn't even need to use Blissey.
