	I think that Volkner will be the champion and that girl from GSC will be able to take you on a ship to Johto. I would say she was the new gym leader to replace Volkner, but the types don't match. I also think that the new Giratina form will be available only after the Elite Four and the National Dex, considering in the current games, Giratina is not in the Sinnoh Dex. Also, I think you will be able to obtain both Dialga and Palkia in this game (just as you could get both Kyogre and Groudon in Emerald). Finally, I think Mesprit will have some sort of special role, since the characters of D/P make so many special comments about it. ------------------- You're the simple truth, and you're the biggest mystery. 	i beleve that volkner left because he got sick of weak trainers since you are so strong in the game and beat him he had higher expectations and was waiting for someone strong to come but it never happened so he left for good.
