No habla ingles~ means that he/she doesn't speak english.
Pero~ means but(not ur butt) Diesicinco~means 15 ^even tho my grandma thinks he meant to say 65 because that's not how you say 15 in spanish. Y~means (and) Un~means (is) La~means (the) And that's all I can translate right now. Im ½ puerto rican so I knew some spanish. I don't feel like asking my grandmother for the rest.
