This glitch lets you evolve Pokemon That Need to Be Traded.WITHOUT having to Trade them! but it only works for Pokemon that use Evolution Items.(Example: Rhydon with a Protector)
First you need to put up the pokemon with the item attached to it on GTS, take it back and it should evolve. You need a Wi-Fi Connection, and that's about it -------------------

Clever... the game thinks it's taking back the PokeMon from a trade, as if you were trading yourself... then after this so-called "trade," your PokeMon evolves!
