	The tempos are ever so slightly different, IIRC. I remember carefully playing Ditto's and Poliwag's repeatedly. xD It's like that with all of them really. A similar, but notably different one is Fearow and Shellder.

	I like how you all completely neglect the fact that the Pok�mon referred to here are 1st/2nd Generation Pok�mon. Which, if you recall, were the 8-bit Game Boy Color Pok�mon, and thus were likely to have some sounds repeat. Starting with the 3rd Generation GBA games, the cries can be plenty varied but I do chastise Game Freak on NOT UPDATING THE OLD 8-BIT CRIES.

Which is wierd, since I was complaining that they made new evolutions have crys completely different from their old friends. I loved Ryhorn/Rhydon's cries, and then they killed it with Rhyperior. D:

	The reasons this happened have been stated already. I can't blame them or anything. And yeah, all the new ones are unique. Though, I think they varied Glaceon and Leafeon a bit too much.
