Theme: Do a Dinosaur/Fossil/Ancient Card.


Empoleon1996-C+ Theres a couple things wrong here. First, the vibrant array of colours really don’t make the card look ancient/old, if somebody didn’t know the theme already, it would’ve been hard to pick. The bright blue border really doesn’t work with the rest of the card. Creative to do the Lap Rat as a trainer.


Isilwen-A Awesome card, I particularly love how the revamps suit the background perfectly, great colour scheme! The only reason you didn’t get an A+ was because the single background looks bland, and makes the card look rather simple. If you did another background in the Trainer, badges and Pokemon boxes, the card would’ve looked much better.


XtremeZH-A I like the way this card looks, like a record of the explorers discoveries. I love the revamp job you did with the basic template, but it looks a little bland, which is probably to do with the themes general colour scheme. Not too fond of the Aerodactyl cut, but that’s really nitpicking.


David Hazeel-C The thing that really brings this down is the yellow. As stated before, bright colours don’t really look old/ancient. The badges look wrong, and the remaining should at least be a different colour then yellow. The Cresselia and Mesprit cut looks off, as well.


lmjkdd6-B- I like this card, though there is a few things wrong. First, the spelling of Excavator Secondly, you really needed to recolour the basic template before adding the background. The badges look off with the thick black lines. Saying all that, the card flows well, and is creative with the trainer.


Crosby87-B I’m not exactly sure if you recoloured the basic template, but the heavy blackness doesn’t go well with the background in places, and is hard to see. The badge boxes look thin, but good to see custom badges. A good attempt.


Dark Arcanine-A+ This is an exemplary card. First off, the story was great, and an awesome idea to score bonus points. The light blue and black colour scheme works great, and flows with the template well. The recolours of the Pokemon fit, and aren’t too bright. An awesome custom Trainer as well.
