I personally don't think he did, you need to keep in mind how many deaths he contributed to himself and the ones he was responsible for.
Sure he killed Sidious, but look at what it took for him to do that? It got to the extent of his son getting tortured. And Nightmare Spawn, so if a murderer kills a bigger murderer and then dies in the process, does that 'make up' for all the crimes committed? ------------------- | |
