I have been curious, does ANYONE know when this game is due to come out? Summer, Fall, 2006?!?!? If anyone has any info, please tell me.

The offical release date is November 1, 2005. This year, Fall.

Does anyone know more about the influx of Episode 3 characters, vehicles, and maps; Besides the fact that they will most likely be in the game upon release?

Theres not much known right know, there will be maps at Utapau, Mustafar, and a space battle over Coruscat. Thats about all that has been mentioned about episode 3.

Sweet I'm mainly concerned with vehicles b/c that new imperial walker on wheels seems alot better for the job compared to how slow the AT AT was in BattleFront 1. Not that I'm hatin on classic factor of the AT AT

I loved the first game and it kicked arse! But i am happy now that a second game of it is going to come out in November now that game i think is gonna be cool!

i think the only things missing from the first one was, jedi, better galactic conquest, and more involved story mode with more levels. but otherwise i say it was a 9.5 outta 10.

When i got the game out i did not know what the story line was about so i can't judge the story line but i know two things it had great gameplay and it had great graphics too.

From what I hear about it. SW Battlefront II is gonna rock! I've never played the first one before but I will. SO SWEARS THE HUNTER.

yea i heard about the space battles, i think thats one great thing that was missing too. the air combat in battlefront 1 was too easy. and where did you get this release date?

Theres a long preview article of it in Gameinformer with the date, I believe its on the official website, it was announced on E3 with a video preview and I believe it was on Gamespot. These all say fall, but at the top of the Battlefront 2 page of Neoseeker it says November 1.

It says on 1up that this game comes out November 15, so I guess the release date can still change, but it will probably be in November.
