Move the broken tomb stone near the broken column. Then, standing in front of King Arthur and facing the bell, use your grapple on the chandelier. Pull on it a few times to get it swinging full speed. Quickly climb up the casket and up the pedestal. Then jump to the rope and it will pull the bell up to the ceiling. If you perform this quickly, the chandelier will hit the bell and get it ringing.

And after you do that, to kill the Monster, you see those things you can shoot and they make a sound? Well keep shooting one and then when the Sea Monster looks like it's looking at it, quickly putyour guns away, and fire the grapling hook and pull the cage down. The monster will attack the drum (i think that's what it is) and you have to do the same with the other three. After that you climb up the Monster's body and get away.
