Upside down bomb-box is my worst item, its very annoying when you go into it and it stops you for quite a while, also it can get very confusing with the real boxes, and annoys me very much.

at first it was both single mushroom and banana, but then i remembered about wario's stadium...

I had the fake item box things I can never tell the diverence and it seems to always cost the lead or win

Me I really do not like the single mushroom. IT is just pointless to me. I mean you speed up for about 2 seconds and then slow back down again. It really doesn't do anything in my opinion.

Every single item can be very useful at certain times. But overall, I'd have to say that my least favorite item would have to be the single banana, then the single super mushroom, then the green shell.

I really don't like the banana's...unless you get the five ones...they prove of use if you place them correctly...I also think that the green turtle shells are lame, unless you want protection from one red turtle shell...

I hate getting three green shells, whenever I shoot them off they always end up hitting me. It never fails.

Yeah! I hate the Bombs too. The red shell is very good. Except in Rainbow Road
