I don't know how you can like Rainbow Road. It's too long considering the only real hazard is the loose Chain Chomps. I find it very boring.
 Banshee Boardwalk wins for me. Challenging corners (I love taking what I call the "Z" bend at full speed without falling off). All the Special Cup tracks bar Rainbow Road are pretty good though. ------------------- | |

I found Bowsers Castle Mysterious. The Green Whomp inside the metal bars was unusual Oo but the music did it for me. The obstacles themselves were quite challenging too.

Wario Stadium. I like using the Lightening Bolt Weapon when everyone's going over the canyon bit.
Royal Raceway, for the big ramp/jump bit. I can get myself to bounce when I land, and still win. ------------------- _if only life were as easy as you ...

I don't remember too much about the tracks. But Rainbow Road is my favorite by far. It was the longest track, which meant you got to race more. I also liked the design of the whole area.
