	i got the genie lamp but every time i click on, make wish. the genie comes out but always says no. plz help This message was edited by jabdj on May 26 2008.

Not sure, but check to see that your mood is good and that you have a high aspiration level. It may also be that you are making the wrong kind of wishes. How many times have you made a wish? 	The wants you complete give you points. [Fears subtract points.] And these points are added up in a bar that displays a color. Platinum, Gold, Green, Red. [Highest to lowest.] So when you go to use the lamp, make sure your aspiration level is as high as possible. ------------------- _{Smiling on the outside; hurt beneath my skin.}

This is because I always try to complete as many wants as I can for every Sim that I can control. Mainly to unlock the various objects as soon as possible, but also because I enjoy trying to complete as many wants for each of the Sims as possible. I looked to the left of the screen and I didn't find the bar, could you explain how to find it? I know how to view my wants and fears with out pausing the game, I do that all the time.
