you have to beat optimum alfred once he will leave 4 robots behind beat him again then he will leave 4 robots behind again then finally you will defeat him

i just get my rat suit and stand at the sun deck. i save and attempt to defeat him. if i fail i turn off and start again. i did it after about 10goes
