Ive just got my xbox back from repair and within ten minutes of playin fifa the xbox reset itself. Now the xbox wont open the disk tray or read the disk. What you think is wrong??

Maybe give MS a call and see what they say. It could be a problem with your 360 and might be sent of to MS again.

I'd try and get it replaced instead of repaired. It's been made obvious that they're too incompetent to repair it, and I would make sure that message gets through when you send it back again. Another thing though, is there a lot of dust/smoke where you play your 360? That can damage the DVD drive beyond repair very easily.

Just gave microsoft a call and told them that it was happening again. Its resetting itself and the disk tray problem and he told me, he doesnt have the repair recorded and sit and watch the xbox for a couple of hours. What sort advice is that?? Its a joke!!

from how shitty they made the system to the blantent lack of responsibility in fixing their mistakes. Their customer care is absolute liquid hot shit from my bum when im sick and ate too much fish.

Which is why they gave everyone a 3-year warranty and fix consoles for free?

Honestly, this much RROD, and they DIDENT fix it for free? I would get rid of mine for sure...

Then, when they DO fix it, they F you around hardcore, like this guy and 100's of others.

I Love my 360...dont get me wrong, best system ever, exept the RROD, I myself am on my 3rd in 6 months...that aint right. Many times they handle it like assholes as well.

A few posts down, is a guy who called MS about his RROD, and the guy on the phone told him to attach a fan, which would cancel his warrenty...cmon now...
