I'm thinking about getting one, but I wanted to make sure of a few things.

It comes with the HDFI and AV cables, right? Just getting the 360 Elite should set me up with everything that I need to plug it in and play it?

Also - it comes with a Silver Membership Card to Xbox Live, doesn't it? What does that mean? And do you have to pay for Xbox live?

i'm not sure which cables it comes with because i don't got an elite, but it will come with suff to plug in and play with.

and every xbox comes with silver accounts, their free, you can download stuff, but you can't play online, but it does give you a free 1 or 2 month gold membership after you make the silver. and if you keep wanting to play online after they expire, you can get trial offers or just the full year one for like $60

Yeah but it's still enough to buy a game. Ah well.

Try eBay. You can usually find Gold subs on there much cheaper.

But there not ALL that reliable.

The Elite does indeed come with the HDMI cable, and your standard HD Cables..
And it doesn't come as a card, all you have to do is sign up and BOOM you've got silver membership, but they offer one months free gold aswell..
