_{The smiley on the ping is a joke, since this game isn't really serious on the story mode. Its a lighthearted game, and if you watch the trailer the guys said "I don't want to be with good company, I want to be with bad company". And the smiley im assuming is representing they like the battlefield and destroying stuff.}

The qoute actually goes like this "I belong to bad company i don't want to end up in some good company"

in the campaign are they supposed to be part of an actual military? i know they arent in the US Army or any other branch and they probably arent in the UN or something like that. the big giveaway is they dont have a shoulder patch of an American flag or any other identifying emblems like they would if they were part of a military.

i get the feeling they are either mercs or in a para-military organization.

If you played the demo, you would know that they are part of the U.S Army.

I thought that the demo would be shitty after what Incidnia said in the Gears of War 2 GD. Turns out he's just shit at it. You'll get used to the controls after about half an hour playing it. The rounds last forever and are great fun with friends.

The only major problem is the lag, teamkilling for the Artillery and only being able to talk with your squad.

I played the Beta a couple of months ago. It's a pretty fun game. I'll probably pick it up.

I also played the beta, and I really wasn't that impressed. I know there will be more options and maps in the full release, I just wasn't too thrilled with the control scheme. The ads for the game are hilarious though, I will give them that. I'll probably rent before (and if) I buy, but I'm saving my money for Saint's Row 2, Mercs 2, Fallout 3 and Gears 2 at the moment.

It's very good ffom what I played. I didn't play it online on the demo though. I don't think you can compare it to Call Of Duty 4 though, CoD is amazing.
