I'm trying to download a game from Live arcade but it goes on about family settings stopping me. I have no family settings on whatsoever, can anyone help? -------------------

If it says that you have family settings then you MUST have them. When you set up your account, you must of given a DOB that indicated that you were below 18 meaning family settings are automatic. -------------------  | |
