FINALLY, I DID IT. ;D 1000/1000 in Rock Band 2. I've been trying for about a year now. I think this makes for my third or fourth game that I've completed 100%.

Which brings me to the topic - how many games have you guys got 1000/1000GS or 200/200GS on?

100% Retail = 3
100% Arcade = 1
100% DLC = 4

Right now, all I have is 1000/1250 for Mass Effect. I'm not paying 5 bucks for a mission to get the last 50.

On my first account, I had 1000/1000 on King Kong and GRAW 2, 1250/1250 on Oblivion, and 200/200 for Uno.

I've heard the xbox 360 elite is getting a discount on September 1st

So if i buy a xbox 360 right now and the discount happens on spetember 1st,
will the store give me back the extra money i had to pay?
(some people on the xbox forums suggest i do that since i don't want to wait)

Most stores aren't going to do this. It's like the store I work at - we're not going to let someone buy an item, then come back in a week later because it's been discounted. The store would lose too much money. Just wait the 9 days.

The only time I have done this is when the store, in this case, Zavvi had a no quibble return policy if the item was unopened. I bought the Fawlty Towers dvd for my dad for Fathers Day, the next day it was in the fathers day sale, so I went it, said, I want a refund for this as it is unopened which they then gave me as I had the receipt, I then purchased the exact same DVD I gave back to them and the cheaper sale price. Check the stores policy.

I'll wait till the sale but best buy offers the price match guarantee for the xbox 360 for 14 days.

Anyone know when the Facebook and twitter update is meant to happen on xbl? I would actually find them useful now considering my pc and 360 are in different rooms.

i dont think theyve really said, other than its supposed to be between now and end-of-September-ish.

Actually, I've done two Arcade games. I completely forgot about Dash of Destruction (The other is Marble Blast btw).

Since the latest update, I've had my console saying "Open Tray" when there's a disc inside 3 times now. I've opened the tray and closed it again repeatedly, I have to turn the console off via the plug sockets and then start it up again for it to fix. Really annoying, anybody else had it?

i think ive heard if you tap on the tray when its closed, sometimes it will fix it but ive never had that happen.

Only game I have all achievements from is Dash Of Destruction, but If I play Battlefield 1943 70 more times I will get the last achievement on that which is for playing 100 matches.
If I get 4 more people into the hall of fame on SvR09 I'll have 1000/1000 on that.

I have Full Achievements in Dash of Destruction, Lost The Game [tee-hee], and CoD:WaW I have all original game 'cheeves' minus the 0G secret ones, and I have 2 zombie 'cheeves' form each Map Pack.
