sorry Steelie, but let me tell you a story. once upon a time i was minding my own business when i noticed the header was messing up. dont exactly know why but it suddenly wasnt loading. about that time i was like "well maybe its time for a new header anyway", so i created one using avatars of me and my buddies. the end.

i think its mainly a deterrent from ppl changing their gamertag every other day really. it is a bit high but if it was cheaper and ppl could justify the price, they would have a new tag all the time.

some games on PC allow you to cheat such as Fallout 3, you can use console commands to for example let you level up to max level and you instantly get the achievements relating to that, or changing your karma and getting those related achievements.

if its what i think youre talking about, i think they changed it so it only shows the last 3 XBLA games you played, not counting disc games. other than that i dont know if theres a way to change it.

yeah, its unlikely they will ban you for no reason, unless they accidentally confused you with someone else. so if you got banned chances are you were doing something you shouldnt have been. so you really cant hate them for doing their job.

yeah that would be why. it doesnt matter if its lyrics or not, you cant have vulgar or offensive language PERIOD in your profile. you have to remember that ppl of any age can be on Live and read your profile.
