Hey,
I've been using an Xbox on a basic SCART connection for the last couple of weeks but now have a new TV and want to have it connected via HDMI. I thought I'd just have to plug the HDMI cable in instead of the component one but it's just saying no input on all of my TVs HDMI connections. You shouldn't have to change the settings on your 360 when switching cables. Unless you have your SCART still plugged in as well as the HDMI. Maybe you're not on the right channel on your TV.

Take your SCART out, plug the HDMI in, and make sure you have the right HDMI channel selected on your TV.
