Hey guys, My friend got 10k MS points for his bday but he sold off his 360 to buy a PS3. He offered me the points for a reasonable points and I accepted.

I don't have any arcade or add-on's so its a fresh slate. I own all of the major games like fallout3, fable2, gta iv, gow 2 etc

I need you guys to recommend me on what I should spend them on. I looked at castle crashers and that looks pretty good but I want to hear your opinions on what I should buy first.

You should get the Fallout 3 add-ons. Really good and I think there's 5 of them which are 800 points apiece. I can't say I care about any other add-ons but if you have Oblivion then the Shivering Isles expand the game as well as the maps for Halo 3.

For arcade games my favorites include:
Castle Crashers
Braid
Sonic 1,2, and 3
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
Banjo Kazooie and Tooie.

If there isn't anything that you are really interested in save them, then you have points for when something comes out you really want.

If you have GTA IV get Lost & The Damned though.

I decided to buy the 4 add-ons for fallout 3, the 2 add-ons for Fable 2, Lost and Damned and I will get Castle Crashers aswell. I will still have about 4k left to save.

How the hell did he get 10k MS points. Just Damn.... But Ya you made good decisions yet you should have waited 'till october to get The Fallout GoTY edition which comes with all dlc, but first you would have to trade in your current Fallout in about August. Other than that though, good choices..

Get Peggle. It's probably the most addicted XBLA game ever.

Save some for when Battlefield 1943 is released, it looks great fun.

N+ and Geometry Wars 1/2 are musts.

Well, I have a number of arcade games of which I'll recommend what I think are the best.

Peggle - I'm not alone here, SO many people love this game.

Carcassonne - fun with other people

Age of Booty - made by ex-Bungie (makers of Halo) employees and it has amazing multiplayer.

Every single arcade game has a free demo so you have little risk of wasting money on something you don't like.

As far as game add-ons you may want to avoid any Halo 3 map packs because all of the maps will come free with Halo 3 ODST which comes out in September.

At the moment for $20 you can get the entire collection of Gears of War 2 map packs plus a bonus single player chapter. It's very good value.

Apparently the Fallout 3 DLC is all pretty good and I've bought all of the Oblivion stuff and it's pretty good also.

If you're really unsure, most DLC has reviews to help guide you.
