Mercs 2 is allright, not the best game ever made but plenty of fun. it's a bit unfinished and glitchy, enemy AI is too lame as well.

I do recommend getting it.

i would say Mercs 2 is worth getting new for $20 anyway.

I'd actually buy it even at full price, that's just me though.

Any games recommended that I should rent? I don't wanna buy a whole game and I don't want to rent a game I can't finish in time.

Just ordered Call of Duty 4 and Call of Duty: World at War for around £50. CoD4 was pre-owned though. The GAME shop near me in Watford is selling loads of games for under a tenner, I managed to pick up the Fallout DLC's for around £17 altogether, though one of them was pre-owned.

Also pre-ordered Modern Warfare 2, I was tempted to get the Prestige Edition but I thought £120 was too much. Might get Guitar Hero 5 if I can convince my dad to buy one for xmas but I doubt it.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any good indie games. I've heard about the miner digging one but what other good ones are there?

by indie you mean the Arcade ones made by normal ppl like us? i havent tried any but ive heard the best is the Dishwasher whatever one.

btw, Defense Grid is wicked awesome if you are into the tower defense type games that are typically on cell phones.

I need some good Arcade games to get. I just bought Shadow Complex, beat that a few times, and still love it. It never gets old. Also have Puzzle Quest, had the game for months but never really got into it until now, and I'm addicted to it right now. Any other Puzzle Quest like games on XBLA or retail?

I still don't have Castle Crashers or Braid, so I'll have to get those two, but anything else besides those?
