an RPG would keep you busy longer than Firefight would.

Dragon Age can last your 40 hours on one speed run. Then there are other classes to try.

Normally I'd say DA: Origins again, but if your friends are playing firefight, then ODST might be a better choice; Without proper online support, it isn't good unless you have friends playing it. MW2 single player will be maybe a little longer than the first game's. where as, with Dragon Age, the main quest can be completed in no less than 40 hours according to some game reviewers.

I was intending to get MW2 and Borderlands for Christmas, but Dragon Age as definitely caught my eye.

DA or Borderlands? I do quite like RPG's, Borderlands looks great as well though.

Borderlands for a good 4 player co-op RPG, or DA if youd prefer a single player RPG.

Think I'll go with Dragon Age. Looks a bit like Baldurs Gate, and I loved that game.

So I will FINALLY have a 360 within the next month or two. Currently making a list for myself now (I feel like a kid making a list to Santa Claus), and I realized a distinct type of game missing from my initial collection. I'm looking for a action/adventure/platformer type of game. I'm a big fan of stuff like Sonic, Rayman, God of War, Psychonauts, and other such games. What on the 360 will help me fill this void?

AC2 will be a great action stealth game. Fallout GOTY is great if you want a good RPG, great deal since for $60 you get all the DLC with it.

but unless you dont like fantasy setting RPGs, you might be better off with Dragon Age.

not much on the platformer category, except for some Arcade games. actually, Shadow Complex is AWESOME, its a platformer/action/adventure, 1200 points ($15).

other action/adventure things i would recommend would be RE5, Assassins Creed (try out the first game, or get the sequel), Dead Rising, Crackdown, Batman Arkham Asylum, DMC4, and the new Prince of Persia isnt bad.

I definitely would have to reccoment Prince of Persia. I loved it and you can find it at a pretty good price. If the cel shaded artstyle isn't your cup of tea then you probably wouldn't like it but the platforming was a blast and the fighting was unique.

i don't like the whole fantasy setting usually... but i'm *bleep*ing loveing dragon age.
