Brutal Legend Demo

lets talk about the Fall update, which adds the Twitter, Facebook, Last.fm, etc stuff.

i just went on last night and got a pretty big update, which i assume is getting ready for the stuff, but all i noticed different was that it has the icon of your party members in the top right of the screen next to your icon...or was that there before?

I never got an update last night or today for that matter. I got an update sometime last week, which apparently was a mandatory system update that everyone got as well.

I'm pretty excited for the Fall update. I think I may actually have to go out and buy one of those chat pad things for my controller so I can use it for Facebook. Pretty excited for last.fm as well, and this new update will actually give me a reason to test out Twitter.

Weren't we getting something else besides these three things this Fall, or maybe sometime later?

I think so. Whenever I was in a party a few months back, it always showed their icons on the top right hand corner.

that must be what i got too. its the normal thing they do of getting everything ready for the big update im guessing.

not that im aware of. we got Avatar Market, and with these 3 new things, thats all i can remember. i heard about some new thing called the "Avatarcade", which apparently is some silly rip off of PS3's Home, or thats what it looks like. you control your avatar and walk around talking to others i guess.

Twitter, Facebook and Last.Fm will be good, but the main thing I'm looking forward to is Sky. I just hope that I can connect it to my mum's subscription, so I don't have to pay £15 a month or £2 for a movie or Spurs game etc.

It would be good if I got an invite for the Social netoworking beta.

If you connect it to someone else's sub is there no added fee, even if it is someone from a different house?

Is there suppose to be a Bayonetta demo? People talk about it but I don't see it on XBL.

I presume the Xbox version of Sky Player will work the same as the web version, if so then you can use your mums/grandparents subscription as long as they have either sky multiroom or sky broadband with there tv package.

Concerning using your Grans account, it should be possible. With her permission of course, you need to set up an account on the sky player website, using your grans sky viewing card number.

Oh right, I don't think she has Multi Room though, I think it's all basic.

When is the latest update coming? I want to get on last.fm:(

There's some kind of update today that adds improved wireless support, from what I understand.

GTA IV Ballad of Gay Tony is out right now.

I believe the Bayonetta demo is only available if you have a Japanese XBOX Live account.
