Since I just found out that now we are able to copy games into our HD, does it mean that games now actually can be shared among people?Surely Microsoft isn't this dumb??

No they're not that dumb. You still require the disk to be in the tray when the game has been installed.

Yeah, you can't do much with games once they're installed to the HDD. You still need the disc in, installing the games to your HDD is just supposed to make the game load faster, run smoother, and make less noise while playing.

Also if you have the game installed in your HDD and it gets scratched by the 360 being tipped over it will still read it
