Does Microsoft still have a contract with Rock*? And if so that means that the new GTA4 will come out for the 360? | |

quote yoyo_13They never had a contrct with Rockstar, they are one of the only developers out there (from the uk lol) that has complete free reign over the console market, thats why a Rockstar game will never stay on just one console, so take it as it probably will be on the 360. but i will also take it that the next GTA won't be for everyone, since they are using the new Unreal 3 Engine and that does not look good with cartoon graphics so expect a more photo realistic GTA. ------------------- «Doom Destroyer. They said they are not using the same style as they did with GTA3, VC, and SA. It will look completely different. -------------------  | |

I doubt that is true or would happen, as Rockstar has already started making the game on the PS3. They were one of the earliest developers to get a kit. ------------------- | |

That shouldn't matter. The appeal of the GTA games has never been the graphics (just look at the first GTA). The appeal has always been the gameplay and the sheer freedom. Nah, it won't be banned. GTA has been given free publicity for years, nothing will happen to them. I just can't wait to see a screen to see what style they plan on using. ------------------- | |

Agreed, i just wanna see the game with next gen graphics and next gen gameplay... maybe they will even have destructive buildings like in Full auto on the 360 lol... ah well this maybe the first GTA that i will be truly be excited about lol. ------------------- «Doom Destroyer.
