i should've worded my statement better. I am looking most forward to the Rev than the other two. By far. And you are right, we don't know, but i just made a bad assumption with the fact that Xbox 360 is a damn powerful system, but i don't know what the Rev has, so i can't talk.

Xal, I think that Vandal feels, as a lot of us do, that a thread like this is on topic and fine for a forum, as long as it doesn't degenerate into a console cashing flame fest. The fact is that, given the trouble that MS had with the first XBox coming in 2nd place to the PS2, its a pretty interesting topic.

My personal opinion is that the XBox, in this generation and the next, is here to stay. I think that the resources and R&D that Microsoft is putting into this amazing platform is going to make certain that this console will be going strong next year and for years to come.

EGM reports that developers who have Revolution dev-kits are telling them that the Revolution is just powerful enough to pump out graphics that are hardly better than the GameCube's.

Strange, because I read an article in(it was either Gamepro or Xbox magazine) that said each system boasted the same 512 MB hardware so each system was on par with each other, the only thing that makes them different is where that hardware is put to, Nintendo hasn't really been about graphics, probably meaning why Resident Evil 4(which technically wasn't their's, but Capcom's) was the best looking GCN title.

But each system is relatively on par so you can't really put the other two(PS3 and Revolution) down until they actually come out, otherwise you really are a fanboy and a klittle psychotic.

360/PS3/Revolution are the 256 bit generation.

The PS3 and the Revolutions Stats are out and then barily can match the 360 the only PS3 has is the extra controller ports which are useless.. i mean who the hell is gunna play 7 people on a little as 27 inch screen. LOL no one that sytems sucks and is a year behind there will be twice as many 360 games then the PS3 and revolution when they finally come out. Its gunna be a blow everyone get your 360s why u can because the Ps3 and Revolution will be stomped.

And those who are complaining about the Xbox 360 cost... Sony is using Blu Ray for their discs AND blu tooth for their wireless, only adding on to the huge price for the Ps3. If the games are made with Blu Ray, that means instead of being 50-60 dollars, it will be close to 70 bucks for a damn game. 50 dollars for a game FTW!

Totally agree with you there. The Xbox will never go, and rightly so, it boasts an awesome online mode that will never fade, not to mention very impressive techinal specs and greta games.

What are you talking about. I am sure most people on here will agree with me in saying that there is no way that the Rev will be as powerful as the 360 or PS3. Nintendo know that they can not compete with Sony and Microsoft.

And dude I am not a fanboy seeing how I will probaley end up buying all three of the next gen consoles.
