I think the matter of the 360 very very very very unlikely rendering itself to be a failure, to be a good exscuse for a console war. . I like arguing, or at least I did, but now I'm feeling a lot warmer to the 360.

I've seen many games that are coming out for the PS3, and they look way better than those of the 360 (a little more than half the time), but the Xbox 360 has so many upcoming titles that a lot of people are looking forward to.

I don't know how you are arriving at this conclusion, but even if its true, so what? I remember when the XBox was due to be released, the titles promised and previewed "looked" better than the PS2 titles. So again...so what? I mean I am all for hoping that the Cell is all that and a bag of chips too. I fully expect that SONY will be taking advantage of the 1+ year of extra development time to make a better console than the 360 (at least hardware-wise) just like MS took advantage of their extra year with the original XBox to make that console better than the PS2. Its a trade off though. Because MS, in my opinion at least, in making this bold move of releasing the 360 early, and in getting 3rd party support with some INSANELY GREAT launch titles, has vitually guaranteed that they will be a contender in the next Generation's console war, regardless of who wins!

I disagree. The XBOX360 is still going to be more advanced than the Nintendo Revolution. The XBOX was more advanced than the Gamecube, so I can't see why the 360 would be worse, or would "die out". My Mom asked me if I wanted the 360 or the Revolution and I told her DEFINITELY the Revolution, especially after I wasted my money on the shitty Gamecube.



The only way I see the 360 dying out is from the PS3. The PS3 looks MUCH more advanced than the 360, and most of the people I have spoken with say they're going to bypass the 360 this X-Mas and save up for the PS3.

How can the PS3 possibly outdo the 360 this Christmas when it isn't even sheduled for release before 2006?

OBVIOUSLY I meant when the PS3 is released. I never said that it was going to outdo it this Christmas and if I did it was PURELY accidental

They might start taking pre-orders before the holidays start beginning.
