I'm personally evading everyone's opinion of the console. With so many negatives and positives, I'm just looking to what I think it will be... a GREAT console.

Alright the graphics were not as good as i thought that next gen. would be, but is that all that matters? it all comes down to the game play. i don't care how bad a game looks if it has really good gameplay i'll play it. If Xbox 360 releases good games it will continue to be popular. As for who will win the next gen. consoles war, i have no idea, not being able to really see the other competition in action it is hard to tell based on specs alone. but i have a feeling it will be close. (and futhermore do not underestimate Nintendo, the Revolution may suprise us!)

yeah that is to be expected, for launch titles, they need time to get the games really going and looking good, i think it will do just fine. Some people had way too high expectations for how good it will look. (Personally i do not have an Xbox 360... yet (if my parents can find one) but from what i have seen it looks like it will be great!)

i want one but $400. the X-box 360 is haveing alot of glichs(so ive heard). so that means microsoft didnt take long to make the X-box 360. nothing has changed. the graphics dont look any better to me. the controler looks the same. alot of the games look like there comeing out for PC or PS2 or NGC. i just think it was way to early to put out this system and shouldnt get it till after the new year when they can fix any problems or make cooler games.

The controller is much much better than the orignal Xbox's one. Pretty much anyone who's used it will say so. Graphics 360-wise were a bit dissapointing to me as well, but I have no doubt that they'll be breath taking within a year or so.

the main fanboy population is for Xbox. the majority of kids at my school love xbox. They have no logical reasoning, but they always diss Nintendo. I even argued wtih this one fanboy about how Nintendo sucks, so i asked him why, and he answered 'Mario Party is Gay'

especailly since mario party is by a third party developer, not even nintendo's doing

The 360 IS innovative, you don't need a TV controler looking controler like the Revolution. Actually, the Revolution is not highly innovative looking if you look at the system itself. It is a clone PS2, but smaller.

The Revolution will probably NOT have better graphics than the 360. Revolution is geared towards kids so they work on more gameplay than graphics. Don't get me wrong, they are probably going to be pretty decent but no way better than the 360's.

i actually agree....Xbox 360 graphics>>>Rev graphics

and halo online will have a competitor (metroid)

I think the Revo won't be as powerful as the 360 or PS3, but I think it won't need to be in order to have great games.

No the Rev will no way be a powerful as the 360 or the PS3. Espically seeing how it is going to be more than half the size of 360 and PS3.

i dont see any reason why ps3 and revolution would outsell the 360. microsoft have the upper hand at this point getting out earlier and with all these preorders they seem to be doing pretty well. I also imagine that they will release halo 3 alongside ps3 (just a guess, but i reckon that will most likely happen) and nintendo havent been doing too well recently (which is unfortunate really as they are by far a better company than sony due to nintendos decide to move things along and innovate. noone else bothers to be honest) and i imagine that the revolution will be as (un)successful as the gamecube. or as the n64 at least. i think that the 360 will do wonders for microsoft in the next generation.
