For some reason, the 360's power supply... I mean, "Brick", at my local game-stop is roughly twice the size of the one that came with my premium. Mine is a brown-ish tan, is half the size, and weight, and has no fan. Why? I got my 360 on Feb. 27th, if that explains anything. Thanks in advance for any info you might find.

They've probably just updated it, since the first one is so huge.

Roughly how big is it? Mine (the first one) is about the size of a house brick, just a bit longer.

I would have to say... oh, man, I'm horrible at estimating... about 7-8 inches long, 1-2 inches high, and about 3-3 and-a-half inches wide. Now these are probably off, but around that.

Yeah that sounds like the same size, if not bigger lol. It doesn't matter, you say yours is a tan colour? It must be different, and probably is smaller. Again, its probably just been updated; either because the last one was sooo huge or because it had some overheating problems with some people.

Yeah I heard about someone in another thread saying that when their 360 died, they sent it to Microsoft to get it fixed and when it came back there was a smaller power cable/brick with it.

So I guessing they have upgraded it. Kinder annoyed seeing as I got the 360 at launch and the 360 you can buy now have smaller power cables and a quieter drive.

But I will live with it...lol

But us who got it at launch had (and still have) the privellage of rubbing it in everyone's faces that we got it first.

I wonder when they would have updated it. I got my 360 at the end of January and my power block and cords are exactly the same as the ones that came with my friend's who won in that every 10 minutes contest.

I've seen the power brick for the 360,if you hit someone with it,you will certainly get the death sentence.
