	The actual Xbox 360 systems are the same. The only difference between the Core and Preminum is what comes inside the box. In my opinion, go with the Preminum, mainly for the hard drive. 	1. No the systems themselves are exactly the same. 2. No they are for all HDTV's, but it also comes with standard a/v cords for those who do not have an HDTV.
